2019 marks the FIFTH annual Pink Ballers Ladies Golf Tournament. To celebrate this landmark year we have a couple of surprises in store for you!
What Is Pink Ballers
Pink Ballers is a full day golf tournament that is open to lady golfers at any skill level. You don’t have to worry about never playing golf before as this tournament was created to encourage women to try golf for the first time in a fun and encouraging environment.
Scramble Tournament
The technical term for the format of this tournament is called Scramble, but some of you may call it Best Ball. Playing in a foursome, your team will work together to achieve the best possible score. Each player will tee off on your foursome and together your team will play from the spot of the best shot. This tournament style is a great way to develop your skills and work together as a team.
Full Day Golf Tournament
If you are planning on playing in this golf tournament, you need to be able to commit to a full day event. The day will start at a meeting point downtown Toronto.
From there we will provide transportation to and from the golf tournament via chartered bus so no one has to worry about driving (and can stay safe!).
We have tried to play 18 and 12 hole tournaments in the past, but have come to expect that this is a 9 hole tournament only.
Once everyone is done playing, we will make our way to the clubhouse for dinner, awards, and drinks.
Foursome
In the past, the Pink Ballers tournament organizer would assign the foursomes. However, due to tournament growth, this year all players will need to put together their own foursome.
Foursomes will need to submit a full payment. Just note, spots are limited.
Skill Level
Pink Ballers was originally founded to encourage ladies to come out and play in a fun full day golf tournament no matter the skill level. It’s our mission to hold a fun tournament for women who have either never played golf or have been playing for years. Basically, don’t worry about being a golf pro – just come out and play!
